GPU msi 1060 6g artifact problems

Hello i builded new pc yesterday MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G , Corsair 16GB KIT DDR4 DRAM 3 000 MHz , ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING , AMD Ryzen 5 1600, and i have problem with artifact on screen when i hold right mouse in properties on tabs i have purple dots there and also have problem in csgo that when i launched it it just went into black screen with artifacts for like 20sec then screen came back when i was in server it was constantly going into black screen for like 10-20 sec then again went fine for like 40-50 sec and again same thing  didnt try anything else except pubg thats working just fine and i tried to uinstall all drivers all caches, tryied cable dvi cable for monitor tried different monitor and it was same except i didnt have artifacts in windows only in game "csgo" checked if gpu was properly mounted its ok and now i dont know what to else to try if the gpu is broken or what need help so i know if i should do warranty or what here is also video in which u can see the black screens  thank you.

If you GPU is OCed then set it back to stock. If it is not then you seem to have gotten a bad GPU, start the return process.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

MSI is good i dont believe the problem is from the gpu (at least if the seller didnt send it broken)

well i didnt touch gpu oc afterburner so it should be stock and in gaming app i have it on gaming mod sorry not good with oc only thing i oced is ram.

Did you test the stability of the RAM OC? Try setting everything to stock and seeing if it still happens.

first time when i tried everything i had the ram on 2133 as default and it was still doing it and even after oced to 2933 still doing it so it shouldnt be problem of ram

Run memtest86 on them to be sure. Do you have another GPU you can try, or another system you can put this GPU in to test?

so i tried old gpu and it did same thing in game but maybe its problem with hdd because i did clean install on ssd win 10 was using win7 before and on hdd i had games and some programs and i didnt clean install that one so iam gonna try to do full reinstall of windows with both ssd and hdd
