Slim disc reader

So i want to populate my 5,25 inch bay with a usb hub with no more than 3 usb 3.0 plugs and atleast 1 quick charge usb port (4 in total), but i want to have a slim dvd reader above the 4 usb´s so the usb hub would sort of act like an adapter from regular 5,25 to a slim dvd drive (picture). I cant find any Products that would match my needs so im asking here if someone has a solution for that.

 

Sort of like this but instead of the sd card read it would have that slim disc reader on the picture above, and it could have less usb ports

How about this? I have a few other ideas if this is not will not work. You would also need a 3.5inch drive bay with the USB ports, but it is an option!

Thats the case, and the only reason why i want the slim instead of a normal disc drive is appearance because i dont think that this cases drive bay has flap doors, and the drive is visible from the outside which i dont particularly like... And it also has just 2 usb ports which i could probably live with but i seem to struggle finding an adapter from 5,25 to slim drive even without the Extra usbs
