Can I overclock my AMD Radeon 7400 Series GPU? What software and what settings should I use?

It's not a laptop GPU, is it? If it's inside a laptop, you should take cation since you tend to be unable to overlock because of thermal throttling.

Also, you were asking you could borrow an account to use GTA, the best thing I recommend is to get a friend on steam who has it, then use library sharing. The only drawback is you can't use games from their library while they are playing.

No it is a PC GPU, I found it on ebay a while ago (dont have the link anymore) and I put it in the Lenovo M82.
