Double charged for Floatplane Club?

I was checking my bank statement this morning and I saw two charges from Linus Media Group. Is this normal or was it a glitch?

Did you get charged in the beginning of October?

Gaming Desktop: ASRock Phantom Gaming X, R9-3900x, 64GB RAM, 1.5TB SSD

NAS Box: Gigabyte Z97, i5-4690, 32GB RAM, 22TB, 1TB SSD Cache.

Well it says it’s on the 27th and 30th of October

I'm asking specifically if they went through their charges for early October to see if a charge is there for October, I wonder if the 27th is a late charge for the month of October, and the 30th is an early charge for the month of November.
