Windows 10 Installation Error 0x803000002

So I recently put together my pc, and when I went to download my windows 10 pro, everything was fine until I got to the hardrive screen and it says that the software cant download for some reason. This is my first time building so i'm kind of freaking out. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me out.

format the drive as ntfs then refresh

ntfs is just a file system type.   NTFS, FAT32, and macOSX Extended Journaled are the most common.

ntfs is the one used by Windows.

 

you're getting the error cuz you dont have any kind base file structure to install windows onto.

 

hit the format button, and itll walk you through it.  just make sure to select ntfs instead of something else when it asks

Ok. So should I start on the same screen as the picture i posted< Also, the format button doesnt let me click on in

The only things it lets me click on is refresh, load driver, and new

So how do I connect my hardrive to another computer to set up a ntfs partition

So I connect the hardrive to another computer and set it up as a NTSF file type there/

if format doesnt let you click it, then select New. it'll go through the same process

this should run formatter

I did that but it doesnt run

formatter or let me click on it so I think I have to do it on a seperate computer

So I bought a UGREEN HDD adapter to connect to my windows 7 pro HP laptop, and I'm trying to format it a NTFS, but its not even showing up
