So,

I don't have much money and stuff - but a friend of mine gave me his old GTX645, cause he got himself a 1050TI.

Well, i put the 645 in my PC, (wich only had the onboard graphics installed, ever) and it doesn't show a display signal.

Maybe it's my PSU, wich only delivers around 220W?

By the way, the PC does it's usual bootup things, only the screen stays black.

My bad rig:

AMD FX4300 @3,80GHz

2x4GB DDR3 1333

Biostar A960D+V2

Onboard graphics (duh)

Did you plug the monitor into the GPU after installing it, or is it still connected to the motherboard?

If it's plugged into the gpu you may have to go into your bios and set it to output over PCIe rather than integrated graphics.
