3d room modeling

Hi, I'm looking for a software to model a room and it's furniture that's easy to work with while still being photo realistic, any suggestions?

I used Chief Architect to do a model of my dorm room to see if a desk i wanted to buy would fit or not. I think it's pretty easy to use but I also took a class on it in grade school.

autodesk .... well they have a lot of choices. Paid, but 30 day free trial for everything

Blender has had very significant advances that close the gap between it and paid professional options. The Cycles render engine works very well with PBR shaders effects, and it's more recent iterations make the production of PBR shaders quite easy.
