Hey my old phone the AT&T iPhone 4S (on IOS 9.3.5) is it possible to downgrade to ios 7 or heck even 6 just to play around with it thanks?

you might be able to just buy an old 4s with it already on it

It's definitely possible. I remember I was trying to jailbreak a 3g and there was an option to downgrade the ios, but I don't remember specifically how to do it.

no, you cant do it easily because its not signed by apple so it will constantly give you errors if you try to restore it from an older version...

idk tbh, you can try google it but when its not signed, you cannot install that version of ios because i think thats "outdated"
