No screen after checking internals

Hey guys,

so last night i decided to look inside my prebuilt asus. I was very careful made sure to be consistantly touching metal and I only moved on part to see what it was one of my two 8 gb ram cards. This morning when I plugged it in I am not getting any signal to my monitor. I can't think that would be the ram's issue but I don't know why I wouldn't be getting a signal. Any help? It is an Asus m11 system running a amd r9 370 and an m32cd motherboard with 16 gb of ram. Dedicated video graphics are a thingn but both hdmi ports are not working currently
