Im trying to figure out weather my motherboard or cpu is damaged

My ram is currently running at a speed of 1000Mhz when it is a 2133MHZ speed normally.does this mean my mobo or ram is not working? What are signs of this? My ram struggled to hold in place as i fear the clips may be broken

Is it in dual channel? Have you changed any settings in the BIOS yet?

If your RAM is running at 1066 MHz, it's perfectly fine.  DDR stands for double data rate so 1066 = 2133 MHz.
