Used (or new but a model or two behind) Asus ROG laptops fit that description nicely.

Better wait for 6 core HQ chips or more Ryzen desktop CPU powered laptops if you want to do streaming. If you really need one now, you can just get a laptop with desktop CPU (i7 is preferred) like Clevo W650KK1, P750DM2, P775DM3 and pair it with 99% sRGB panel or 4k panel

BTW you can add SSD later

My bad while trying to type this out on my broken laptop keyboard I missed the "Netflix" part. Its mostly going to be used for my grandma. I was thinking something like the Dell P69G. But I don't really know a lot about the screen specs on those sort of laptops. I understand $800 is way to high of a budget for just a internet and netflix laptop. She said "But I want it to last" so if you know something that will help her please let me know or if that Dell fits well let me know. I just figured the ssd because she wont need a lot of storage.
