Should get Gigabyte 280X's instead, and use a Sempron instead of the i3.

I was under the impression the hashrate on 7990 was highest? (because of the two processors) but consumed more wattage so it needed a higher psu efficiency and max.

No problem you are pretty amazing to be doing this great act of service for those not as smart :D

Yeah I'm sorta crackn my head over this one. Would you mind not having an SSD? Even without it it'll be tough to get an i5 and 760 for less then 800

How is this relevant to my comment? 280X's are easier to get ahold of compared to the 7970 that are now sold out almost everywhere. They have slightly higher hashrate and at the same price as well.

few errors with this

Cpu - fine

cooler - fine

mobo - has to have enough slots for 4 graphics cards for future

Ram - Fine

Storange - only need a 60 gb ssd  max

GPU - Never use xfx cards to mine.

Case - Open Test Bench , is better

Power suply - Great choice

This is hopefully educational for you , :)

It definitely was. I figured that your budget would allow the storage :3

Whats wrong with xfx cards?

Why open bench? I figured some where you could tuck it away would be nicer.

The specs look good but is there a better case?? I tried that one and its like flimsy like paper :|

That'll bump up your budget about 70$ but you can get a nice R4 for like 90-119

Being closed in a case for graphics card in this situation running 24/7 at 70c they will be gaspin for air , xfx cards are just not really made for mining, they just get really bad hash rates, dont need storage for a mining mechine, just put ubuntu on it and a miner software  20G would prorbably do it.
