Okay so as we all know the 8700k has been on low stock globally because the initial reveal didnt introduce mass amounts of the processor. So my question is when will the processor become more widely available through the world?

Thanks for the help

Intel announced it long before they were actually ready to launch because they fear AMD is taking market share.  Expect supply to be slow for a while yet.

the i5-8600k and the i7-8700k will most likely be more available during Q1 of 2018. if you want it now, make sure to check your shops (most likely online) a couple times a day to see when they have new stock, or buy one now and you will have to wait until that shop has it in stock. also, you might have to pay a little bit of a premium, as the cpu is a bit "rare"

i5 8600k is in stock in various German stores, and even in my local stores for once

i7 8700k on another hand have 10 to 30 day deliver time after you place your purchase.

8600k was in stock at Newegg today for ~3 hours.  the 8700k still takes some sniper skills to snag, but people are getting them everyday.
