CPU deliding

Hi guys

Does anyone know of a good 3D print for a deliding tool for lga 1151 or 2066 cpu's?

And methods of getting the IHS on with out an alignment tool.

It would be better just to buy a machined metal one.

When delidding, it's sort of best to go with a tool that can be bought. Less chance of killing your CPU. Der8auer has tools for this. Can be found on his website: http://der8auer.com/delid-die-mate/

By using your eyes. 

 

Seriously. You don't need an alignment tool. Just position the IHS slightly higher than normal and the socket arm pushes it into place with just force.

This is what I did to my 7700K and I got the tool for 5 pound off eBay
