Hi i know next to nothing about studio grade audio equipment but id like to step away from gaming headsets and into something more professional
all i know is that keeping your audio processing away from your mother board is a good thing to reduce static
i am a student in web development and creative design (inc editing and sound work to a minor extend) so iom trying to get a good headset-mic combo for my pc

i want to buy the at2020
https://www.thomann.de/be/audio_technicaat2020_popkiller_set.htm?ref=search_rslt_at2020_240502_1

i'm looking for a decent headphone

a preamp dac (don't know the difference) to connect it to my pc  like this but a bit cheaper
https://www.thomann.de/be/art_usb_dual_pre.htm

and  cheap desk stand of decent quality

i have a budget of around 200-250€

Get a Focusrite Scarlett interface, otherwise you won't get the best out of your expensive mic.

You could also get the AT2020USB and not have to use an audio interface.

The Behringer U-Phoria UM2 is a better deal and has great sound. I use it with an Audio Technica AT 2035.

https://www.amazon.com/Behringer-UM2-BEHRINGER-U-PHORIA/dp/B00EK1OTZC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509113442&sr=8-1&keywords=behringer+uphoria

Focusrite's audio interfaces are nice, but not a good value. Go with Behringer.

I have that Neewer stand... it's a little flaky. I use a Rode DS1. But your USB Interface, Mic, and headphones are good choices. The M20X is a nice starting pair.

I have to admit that I am sponsored by Rode and am legally obligated to use the DS1... but it is still good xD
