look for 2 new side monitors, dont mind used

I currently own a SOC G2460PG and i love it but my side monitors i would like them to be able to go portrait one can but is a rubbish TN panel and its hard to see most of the time, now i was looking for 2 new ones with which i am not to bother by refresh time, only that they can swivel tilt and pivot and are 1080p, does anyone know some decent priced one (and if i am lucky IPS :) )

Have a look at dell/hp office monitors, not too expensive used, good build quality (even ips if you pick the right one) but most important of all: the stand.

As they are designed for office use the usually have really good stands with all the adjustments
