why not use windows laptop or desktop with wificard

use netsh wlan set hostednetwork to setup wifi as router then get 2nd ethernet card and any 4port router with wan,,,,

current modem eth to routers wan

router eth to laptop/desktop eth

netsh wlan set hosted should work on win7 or newer

more information would be usefull like:
- will this also have to function as modem and if so what kind of connection should it support
- what kind of wireless features do you need (like do you need 5GHz connectivity)
- what kind of devices are you doing to connect to it and how (wired vs wireless etc)
- what kind of range do you need
- what kind of speeds do you need
- do you need a build in nas or usb support etc (or other crapy implementations of features)
- do you need QoS for example VoIP
etc
