Hi all,

I am gonna build a pc for my friend, he is mainly gonna be using it for gaming and streaming at the same time. He does not need a monitor/mouse/keyboard.

He does not plan to overclock, maybe in the future he will.

His budget is no more than $1300

Thanks!

yes but i don't recommend it. very mediocre for the price considering a $20 gammaxx 400 performs better.

Also, why cant i add a optical drive?

He will also need windows so can you edit the build, maybe lower the ram speed?

Also maybe the cpu coolor since he doesn't plan to overclock yet.

the P400 doesn't have slots for optical drives so you'll need an external or another case. if you're buying one just to install windows then just install it via USB drive. you can get windows 10 for $25 on reddit.
