K, let's start over, what is the cheapest gaming rig that can run most games such as witches 3, fallout 4, battlefield 1, PUBG, etc at 1080p 60 fps at high settings maybe even ultra. My budget is 600-800 USD. If that's not enough I may be able to go higher. Oh and if you can go cheaper than my budget that would be awesome but I doubt it's possible. Just the PC itself

Nope.

Ryzen 1600 is better than 6/7th gen i5s.

Ryzen 1600 or i5 8400

Motherboard and case are tragic. And its $40+ over budget. Plus he'd be better off with an i5-8400.

the 1600 performs about the same on average but is much smoother during intense scenes which the 7600k falls apart in.
