The fault lies with the patent office for granting these ridiculously broad patents, not with apple for trying to get a commercial advantage by submitting them in the first place

Not solely though,  if it were with the patent office the courts would have thrown the case out first time around.  But instead we got 21 hour circus parade followed by a legal bonanza of crying "that's not fair".  The patent office is really only half the problem here.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
