server hardware given to me need help

First off i know a lot about consumer hardware. Second i don't know jack shit about server hardware besides what I've seen in linu's videos  so im going to post some pictures of what i got and if someone could teach me how to get it working that would be awesome!!! 

 

i want to connect it to my current plex server which is full

Windows 10 Pro

I7 3770

16GB Ram

250GB SSD (boot) 

3 2TB WD Greens

I did install drivers for the Rocket RAID card

It came with 12 2TB WD green drives

Does it have iLO maybe?

Any USB, VGA, RJ45 connectors on the back?

what are you planning to do with server(file storage, remote resource share(video encoding, science data crunching, pfsense router))

working purpose determines how to setup

This is simply a box that holds hardrives, you need to use the com ports to connect to a PCI-E card in another PC.

It seems like it is just a server box using consumer hardware.

I was wondering about the com port but i do not have a cable for it. would you know where to find one and how to use it ? i already got a SFF-8088 cable for the RocketRaid card.
