My GTX 780 just died about 10 min ago, i need i new graphics card and im wondering what is a good option right now i was thinking about a 1070 or 1080 but... is there any good cards on the AMD side ? 

CPU:4820k
RAM: 16GB
PS: EVGA SuperNOVA 750

 

Budget

About 500dll
 

Aim

 

Everyday use + Gaming.

 

Why are you upgrading?

The old one just died :c

So... Are you completely sure it's the graphics card that died?

welp it happened before with my old one, and i try a few things nothing worked then i just put some GT 630 and it worked perfectly, the 780 just worked for like 5 sec every time and just black out, it started happening yesterday, but like nothing often then... today happened a couple of times then, it wont even turn the computer on.

im petty sure yea, if the screen starts to glitch and black out like alot, i try a few things  like running even a different SO, and it worked perfectly when i just changed it for a 630 that i have on other computer.

Try seeing if it works. However, 1070 is a good option.

i will try to make it work a few more times, but i was already thinking about upgrading it so i wanted to hear from you guys what are the good options right now.

1070 or 1080 depending on what the prices are. If it isnt a big difference, then the 1080
