Is This Normal?

I have been experiencing horrible stuttering, freezing, and blue screens (https://www.reviversoft.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/memory_management_windows10.jpg). I have run Windows memory test and it has found nothing wrong. I installed MSI Afterburner and here is a picture of what I get playing a competitive match. https://gyazo.com/f0b86fa6037e2915947c42e68aaf8ebd. My computer specs are on my profile, but just let me know if I should paste them for ease of access.

try cleaning the dust in ur pc, helped me before with bsod

Also try replacing thermal compound
