Motherboard gone crazy

Hi! I finally got signal to my house, so question time!

 

My motherboard has been acting very weirdly, here

 

I was playing Black Ops 3 and my FPS were from 18 to 60 and I was averaging from 24 to 30 and spikes to 60. I assumed my FPS were like that because the CPU wasn't overclocked. So I went to the BIOS and temps were climbing up and rpm of fans too. Opened the case fast af and the heatsink fell off (Don't ask how). I shutted down, installed my old hyper evo 212 and still getting up to 99C max. I checked the wind but it felt like 40 C. I shutted down and touched the cpu and it was like 40 degrees. How is this possible? IS the mother board defect? Have a nice day.

dafuq, heatsink fell off??? ok, ill ignore that but what are your PC Specs?

If I would explain about the HSF that would be a bizarre story so anyways.

Specs:

G3258 OC'ed to 4.0GHz 1.295V Override

4GB DDR3L 2x2 Crucial

Apevia 430W PSU

HD 7850

 

I tried with another GPU and with the iGPU but no difference

Also, I forgot to say my PC BSOD'ed when I started to play games after putting my hyper evo 212
