Tablet or eReader

Go to solution Solved by paddy-stone,

If that's all you want to do with it, then an e-reader might be better, as it will have much much longer battery life. But if you may want to do some other stuff on it, then a tablet would be better, and depending on which camp you subscribe to (android/IOS/windows) get the tablet that applies.

Hi guys!

For a long time, there is one thing that bothers me. For collage I need to view lots of PDFs, so I carry everyday my laptop to school.

The problem is that the laptop is very heavy, so I wanted something that could read PDFs which is thin and light.

I need to choose between a cheap tablet or a eReader. Can you help me?

Thanks in advance!!!
