Problem with windows 10 fall creators update

I manually updated to the fall creators update and any resolution below 1600 x 900 will be really glitchy i am currently revert back to my old version but i want to use the new stuff any suggestions thanks in advanced

i think it may be an installation error i am reinstalling the update to be sure

Did you try simply installing the graphics card drivers again? They probably got uninstall due to compatibility issue with the upgrade process. That is why it is said that ALL drivers should be fully updated before upgrading. And of course, forcing the upgrade, is risky... you don't wait for MS to certify all your hardware to be compatible with the upgrade process.

All Pascal based GPUs REQUIRE the latest Nvidia GRD to work properly on Fall Creators.
