Hello guys, any suggestions or part lists for a best value build for around $1500, I am going to be running VMs btw. Would like coffee lake but if not, well ehh ok. Also could you make a part list with peripherals (mouse keyboard, NOT monitor) and OS and one without.

BTW: If have any suggestions for good value laptops around $1500 also accepted as well.

Thx guys :)

I have limited idea regarding gpu requirement for Vms but the selected gpu would be sufficient for 1080p solid gaming experience. you can afford higher, but waste if you don't need it. few things to note, you can save more in peripherals if you want to go with more basic & also storage option can be changed depending on your need. the psu is kind of overkill but it was cheap anyway.
