Monitor overclock made colors NOTICEABLY better

I was looking into my settings, when I did that it made the monitor unstable and changed the color calibration, I took a picture and set it to that once I dropped it down to 144hz.

I have an AOC 144hz 1080p Tn panel monitor, I kept it in 120hz mode because the color loss at 144hz bothered me. I decided to play around with the nvidia tool to set custom resolutions. It was able to set up to 150 hz and upon applying this setting I'v noticed a significant increase in color. I'm curious as of to what can cause this.

Overly saturated =/= better.

Maybe do some research on colour calibration?

depends... for viewing and gaming i MUCH prefer over saturated colors over super dull colors
