Upgrade the CPU and motherboard, use the 390X until you've got more money for the GPU.

will it increase my fps more than 1080 with my fx 8350?

A good way to look at things is.. A cpu is used for everything (GPU tasks still have to communicate with the CPU in almost every case) However the CPU does not need the gpu for many tasks. Infact many things are written purely on the cpu.

You'll notice a much bigger difference if you upgrade your CPU to something more modern. Not to mention FX series chips often bottleneck newer GPUs, such as the RX480

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.
