Windows 10 Screen flickering after fall update

Since I updated to the fall update earlier today my screen randomly flickers blue red or green. I've tried updating my drivers to the latest version but it did nothing. Anyone else had this or know what could fix it?

 

PS yes I have turned it off and on again

CPU: Intel I5 4690K | GPU: Asus R9 280x | PSU: Evga 600w | RAM:8GB DDR3 | HDD: WD 1TB | HDD: WD 500GB | SSD: Sandisk 120GB

Try uninstalling your drivers with DDU (display driver uninstaller) in safe mode, then reinstall the driver.
