If you're not planning on streaming you could go with an i5 and save some cash. Maybe get a larger ssd.

What does the budget include? Have you bought nearly all the parts already? Why are the prices so low for a lot of the parts?

My budget includes the pc and the monitor. The prices are either what I am pretty sure I can buy them at used or in the case of my monitor and ram and psu what I have bought them at.
