[Yay, done!] Windows 7/10 - Sound Shortcut?

I'm looking for a shorter way to open "Sound" settings. I hate that I still can't pin this to my Start Menu or Task Manager when I'm opening it when I don't want to use headphones.

 

Currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and shortly I will have Windows 10 Professional 64-bit running as well.

plug the headset into the tv and you'll never have to change it

Still can't pin to hotbar thing. No worries.
