Okay so as I have said before my computer kinda broke and all so it is time for a new one. I can get the windows 10 code to redeem it on the new PC so I don't need to shell out 90$ for windows. So I would like you to post two pcpartpicker links below.

Build 1: Around 700-800$ Not a cent above 800$ This is just if I ask for all the parts for Christmas across all family members.

Build 2: Around 1000-1200$ This is if I sell my dirt bike and ask for some parts for Christmas.

Everything in USD. I do not need a monitor or operating system I already have the key and monitors and peripherals. Just the PC. I would also love a white case, maybe the white s340. Best performance for the money. I don't know if I should go ryzen or coffee-lake, I will be doing 1080p gaming mainly so I don't need a 1080ti lol.

For the $1200 build, use the stock CPU cooler, get cheaper RAM, get the SL308, get a cheaper HDD, change the PSU to the 550W or 750W Focus Plus Gold, and swap the GPU for the 1080.

For the $800 build, use the stock cooler, change the motherboard to the Pro4, if it's available for a decent price, get 1x 8GB stick of RAM, change the SSD to the 250GB SL308, get a cheaper HDD, and get a cheaper PSU (CX450M or CX550 is fine)

Otherwise, they look good

I honestly don't need nor want an SSD use the money for something else I guess, but yeah. I don't care how loud this PC is as my other PC was a airplane basically, and I have music blasting in my room 24/7.

Ssd is not just for boot time, it makes the system overall snappy & fast. boost performance too.. I highly recommend getting one. btw you wont really have noise issue with build. that being said, if you have 1080p 60hz monitor, the 800 system will able to fill your need fine.

weak gpu with too powerful cpu, mediocre power supply ..not a good balanced build build. on second thought, I notice in your signature you have better build already with gtx 1070. what happened to that?

I'll save the 35 bucks and use the stock cooler on the CPU, thank you!

Wrong price. It costs $90. PCPP gets the wrong prices from Amazon, for whatever reason.

Not getting an SSD still doesn't make sense to me. An easy upgrade, though
