Anyone recommend a good free CPU and GPU temp monitoring software that is free and no spyware?

I personally use Core Temp and MSI Afterburner. Both have the ability to place an icon in your system tray showing the temperature. I find it handy being able to see temps at a glance.

33 is my cpu, 26 is gpu

I use this as well. It's the only program I've ever been able to find that allows case fan speed control based on the temperature of my GPU.
