SSD or HDD error

I randomly get this error, does anyone know what it is and means ?

Edit: It wasnt random, when i run ASS SSD benchmark i get this error... any ideas why ?

i5-13600kf, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock z690 ac itx,  RTX 3080 , 1TB+1TB PREDATOR + Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Thermalright peerless assasin 120SE
