GTX 980 temps help.

Hey. I have a question because im worried about it. My Graphics Card is 3 years old and i am playing on some games e.g AC Syndicate, BF1 and a lot AAA games. I have 80c temp (176 degrees) during playing .Should i worry about it? In a year ago i had less temperature. Like 74c (165.2 degrees)

Maybe they got optimized so your GPU could squeeze out more juice.

What do you mean?
I'm cleaning my PC every 1 month.

It wasn't stated in your OP, it means exactly what I mean. Use compressed air and blow out any dust trapped inside the GPU.

So that's is the solution? Let me ask, 80c is that really bad?

Yeah like ^^^ try applying new thermal paste and also clean the heatsink out. Its easy and quick to do.
