Hi guys, so I was away for a couple weeks and came back to find that I could't power on my pc. Every time i press the power button, the lights come on and the fans start spinning for 2 seconds before turning off and restarting to do the same thing in a loop. I've tried everything from the read me post including the paper clip test which the psu passed, resetting cmos, booting without gpu/ram/hdd, outside the case. The motherboard does't beep and the cpu fan doesn't run, only a red led lights up. So any ideas or do i have a dead mobo on my hands??

My specs are

i5 4440

Asus B85 pro gamer

kingston hyperx 4gb x2

corsair cs650m

Sapphire r9 280x vapour x

1TB WD

windows 10 64bit
