Best cheap soundcard for Toslink input + mic?

Bluethulhu

I'm looking for the cheapest soundcard that can take a Toslink input from my PS3 and play it back through USB output (O2/ODAC), and take a mic input. I would prefer an internal soundcard but if there is a good USB option, I'll take it. Sound quality obviously isn't much of a concern, I just want something that works for cheap. My onboard audio is really wonky and it barely works, so I would like to stay away from it. My specs are in my signature.

Any soundcard with toslink input would work. Just check the "Listen to this device." box in the toslink input's properties, and set the ODAC as the default listening device.

Would the Xonar DGX be a good choice? It's about $30 over at NCIX after MIR.
