Company using LTT video

Not sure who to tell or if it is even an issue, so I thought best to post it.

 

I'm on Amazon and just found their giveaway section. One of the giveaways is for a KingFast SSD. 

 

These giveaways often have you watch a video that the sponsor or whatever puts together. An ad. 

 

Well, for this 240 gb SSD, it had a Techquickie episode about SSDs.

Figured LTT may not want to be used without permission or thought to be sponsoring the giveaway. But maybe they are and I'm out of the loop, but just found my way back into it. I doubt that and suspect the former.

Looks like its a linked youtube video so at least linus is getting the views Right? But a offical company using it without some sort of permision is sketchy at best though seems legally legit.

The link where it says "This video was provided by..." links to a page which says sponsored by WD. 

 

Am I right in thinking that LTT have done things in conjunction with WD in the past? WD probably wanted a video to use and what better than TQ?
