New or upgrade

Hey everyone,

 

I'm Diogo from Portugal, work in IT and other projects and got a few years in my baggage on building PC's and never bought one already built:P.

 

I'm gonna put my specs right below of one of the pc's i wanna do something about it:

 

Mobo: Asus H81-Gamer

CPU: I7 4790k

CPU Cooler: CS Hydro Series H75

RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3-1600MHz CL10 (Max RAM that mobo supports :( mistake)

GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SSC 4GB
PSU: CS Series Modular CS650M 650 Watt 80 PLUS Gold

 

I know the GPU should be upgraded but the question here is should I upgrade anything at all ? Should I build a new PC ?

 

Everyone's opinion count, because I'm indecisive with the situation.

New mobo. This one doesnt support overclocking.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

If that mobo is in Portugal or nearby countries then it's about the right price (because shipping....). Not the best deal, but it's worth the price.
