Can i stream with these hardware?

Hey so these are my specs:

I7-6700T

gtx 1050ti

8gb of 2133 ddr4

450w FSP uATX psu

Prebuilt hp uATX case

*Internet Speeds are 20mbps DOWN and 20-40mbps UP*

if i just use the NVEHNC encoder can i stream overwatch?

Yes, using NVENC would make the stream poor quality (compared to a CPU encoded stream that is) but it would work at a fairly decent birtare and would allow you to get a stream up.

I stream PUBG at 4Mbps using x264 using an i7 6700. Works fine for me. 

Overwatch should work fine on your system. 

(Can link my stream and settings pages if you want a rough starting point.)

NVENC only really shines at the higher bitrates, but i wouldnt mark that cpu incpable of streaming using x264 either.

Sure can u link it?Also my i7 is slightly diff.It is 2.8ghz 4 cores 8 threads...Yea prebuilts...

Aw i rlly wanted ok quality and at the same time 60fps

Oh wait guys i think my i7 can turbo boost to a 3.6ghz speed.Would that help if i use x264 on 3.5mbps?
