When i turned on the pc, the mobo light and the fans turned on but the monitor didnt detect any source.  Then,  after several minutes it turned off by itself. It kept like that for several times but with shorter interval. After that several times, the pc run normally. Is it a psu problem? Or something else?

Psu: simbadda 380W

Core 2 duo e8400

Hd 5500 series

Something is dead. If your PSU was dead, it wouldn't make your computer do anything.

What happens when you remove the GPU and run off the integrated GPU on your motherboard?

Not necessarily true, it could have a fault and perhaps is overheating or something?

I edit my posts a lot.

I asked if its psu problem or not, because before this problem My psu ever produce cracking sound

It's from a company I've never heard of and claims to output 380W so I'd replace it regardless of whether or not it's the solution to your problem.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Ok.  So this isn't a new build, but one that worked previously?

Could be PSU, but could be mobo, etc.

What motherboard do you have?  Does it have an on-board speaker or a post code LED?

Yes this is an old pc that work well before.  My motherboard is gigabyte ga -ep43-ud3l

Here is a review of that unit. It wouldn't fill me with confidence having that inside my pc.

https://www.hardwareinsights.com/simbadda-sb-380w-power-supply-review/#First-Look

Pros

  • Good voltage regulation

Cons

  • Can’t deliver anything with the ripple in spec (−10)
  • Low quality capacitors
  • Low quality fan
  • Two-transistor 5vsb
  • Inadequate input filtering
  • Soldering could be better
  • Failed under 320W Load
  • Inefficient
  • Ugly

Final comments: This would have to be one of the worst power supplies I have ever tested. The ripple was way too high, it failed well below its rating, and the build quality is absolutely appalling. These cheap power supplies should be avoided at all costs.

Score: 0/10

Sounds like one of those gutless wonders from JG's site.
