Hello dear community,

i'm searching for a GPU that will be used for Rendering and Encoding.

Rendering:
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop CC

Encode:
- OBS h.264 (While recording/streaming)

232 Euros - Sapphire Nitro 470 8G Mining Edition - 5063Gflops

211 Euros - Zotac GTX 1060 AMP Core 3GB - 4140Gflops

100 Euros - Sapphire Pulse RX 560 2GB - 2662Gflops
117 Euros - Zotac GTX 1050 OC 2GB - 2008Gflops

I don't know if i should look at Gflops or at something else.

GTX 1060 is the best choice, unless you're fine going used, in which case you might be able to get a 980, or even 980Ti/Fury X if you can stretch the budget a bit.

For these, a dedicated GPU is all they want. It doesn't have to be fast, as long as it supports modern API such as OpenGL

This needs a good GPU. I prefer an RX 470 that's NOT a mining card (because what will you use as display output then?). Otherwise, RX 570 4G or GTX 1060 3GB, whichever is cheaper. Of course if you can find 580 or 480 or 570 8G or 470 8G at the right price then go for those.
