Checking Net Balance in Aircel - Help Needed

I was wondering if there is any Aircel user here. I am struggling to check the Internet balance.

 

Did everything as mentioned here: https://technush.com/how-to-check-aircel-net-balance/

 

Used all the necessary USSD Codes which are listed everywhere, but no help.

 

Customer care executives are a bunch of liars. Told me I don't have any net pack activated. FML!
