VPN for Outside Access?

I've got a Raspberry Pi3 which has OpenVPN on it. 

 

I used this guide, http://www.pivpn.io/ btw, it takes a while to create the certificate 2048. It'll take MUCH longer for the 4096.

Will this be able to run on a Pi Zero? $35 seems a bit much to me right now.
