Good screen recorder?

AndersT2

Do anybody know of a good screen recorder? The one I uses now, it quite old, and I see that it uses 20% of my CPU.

My criteria is as following:

-I can adjust the screen/picture window I want to record

-saves in small file sizes with good quality

-Don't use to much resources from the CPU

If it also has build in audio recording, and not have to send out a cable from my output to the microphone in would be a plus.

Don't mind if it cost a little, as long as it's one time cost, not monthly (upgrade cost is ok).

And it should have a free trial with most functions available.

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.

I have used OBS as a screen recorder in the past. I thought it was pretty nice. If you have a GeForce graphics card you can use shadow play as a screen recorder.

I will try it out. but doesn't look like the right one for me. I'm not recording gaming.
