All the laptops are free, but I don't know which one I should get.

Is the HP one on the left more powerful. And does hp have a bad track record in terms of reliability/build.

^  hp is the only brand i keep ending up to repair for many customers, those things are fking terrible and have a high failure rate , also hp rigs their motherboards into bullshit ui's and what not

I sell computers and yah HP has kinda been crap.  That dell though is way newer in terms of hardware than the HP.  Its a 7th gen intel vs an AMD APU, also the dell has an optical drive while the HP doesnt.  I would 100% choose the dell in this case.
