RAM Upgrade Problem

So I had 16GB installed on my pc and i bought another pair of 16GB but my pc is showing me only 16GB, using OS Windows 8.1, Need help

What is the maximum supported RAM by your motherboard and is it on the QVL?

could you dump your specs?

If the RAM shows up in the bios then don't worry about it. Otherwise, mobo may be maxed out.

Going to need some more info here.

 

Motherboard make and model

Ram make and models

 

also have a look in the bias and make sure each chip has registered with it.

Updating you bios may also add support for newer ram chips as well.

Could be motherboard maxed out or RAM voltage not supported

ok Motherbaord model is Rampage 4 Extreme, Ram is Corsair Dominator 4x8GB

and I run CPUz it does says Ram is 32GB
