i have problems with the speakers conected on motherboard audio card too, so is not the cause

Try to open the video in VLC player.

For about 2 mouths i have an issue with my pc, to be specific a sound problem i think.. or a freezing problem. So it happens like 2 hours interval to freeze about one second, while playing videos. The sound is distorted and broken and verry much loud and the video take like of a second or less a brake. I thoght it was my Psu and changed it. It was not, so what do i need to do? By the way i reinstaled the audio drivers, and to be more specific i have a condeser mic usb type and it has audio card included and i can plug in my heads and when i do it i have no sound problem. The problem is only on onboard audio out and....and hdmi out to a tv too. So i thoght is it the audio driver or the gpu via hDMI. So to be verry clear onboard audio and HDMI(gpu) to TV have this error, and when i watch videos and use the audio card from microfone no error. The psu was not the problem i have new psu and still have this problem. Pls help me with any advice. Thank you in advance!

If that's the case he should try different HDMI cable.
