I think it will work, even with generic PSU

Card will not fit in case. I worked at a company that had 100s of these PCs you need a case/form factor with full size PCI slots. The best card that would fit would be a GT1030 if that even.

I think any power supply over 300 watts will run it just fine, just do a bit of research and make sure your motherboard is capable of sending the required 75watts through the pcie slots.
